First of All Thanks for Providing LENOVO K8 NOTE Oreo Update and its Securuty Patch. BUT SHAME for Its Worst Performance. Specially Its Battery Charging-Discharging , RAM Management, Camera DEPTH and LOW Light Worst Performance.
Come to the main points why I am writting SO?
After Oreo Update means after 29th April 2018 I had A lots of problem but Some of them are short out after its Patch which I got it on 31st May 2018.
BUT Main Issue is Battery Charging and Discharging Issues for Normal Usages Because it has so called 4000 Mah Battery, Camera Depth Effect and Low Light Photography .
Actully Now I am getting Irritated and frusteted , It has Some reason , Have a look at brief :
I had sent a mail regarding these issues on 18th June 2018 and 20th June 2018 to Lenevo customer care , I have done all steps as I was Adviced . Again I have written an email to customer care last evening ( on 30/06/2018) the main lines of mail is here :
Please Have a look in this regard Incident: -Edited- and Incident: -Edited- . As per Adviced through Telephonic Conversation and eMail, I have followed all steps for My Charging Issues. But Till now I have not Got the charging Speed as it was in Android 7.1.1 Version , means mobile Battery getting full charge under 2 Hours.
I have to State some Lines as below:-
0. After Oreo Update It takes near about 4.5 Hours to get Full Charge.
1. I use Lenovo Charger and USB Cable Which was provided with handset.
2. I charge my Mobile in Switched off State from Very first day, Some times on On State but in Airplane Mode/Mobile data Off state.
3. As per email I have Visited Lenovo Care (Mobile) in Sasaram on 25th June 2016. I was told to leave my handset in Service centre for repair. after Repair I picked up My handset on 27th June 2018 at 4 PM.
Here I have to Know what all Hardware/Parts/Software has been changed/Repaired?
4. after repair It takes near about 3 Hours to get Full charge ( 0 - 100 %) in Switched off state.
5. Observation Of charging is as below
on 28/06/18 - 09:44 AM - 0%
10:29 AM - 45%
11:10 AM - 79 %
12:15 PM - 83%
12:35 PM - 100%
on 29/06/18 - 05:01AM - 33%
06:08 AM - 89%
07:02 AM - 98%
on 30/06/18 - 04:30 AM - 0%
06:05 AM - 80%
07:29 AM - 100%
here I have mentioned Continuous 03 Days Charging Status, In This Data You can Find 0-80% it Takes 1.5 Hours and rest 80-100% 1.5 hours.
Why it Happened so, where as Handset, Batter, Charger, USB cable, Software is same?
Still I am not satisfied with Battery Charging and battery Draining speed.
Still Charging is too late and Draining is Fast Normally Morning to evening.
Reply me.
What should I do Now , My warranty is Only 139 Days Left. Where as I am facing Charging/discharging Issue after Oreo Update.
One Issue is also there i.e. Camera Depth Photography and Low Light Photography is not Good or You can say WORST.

07:01 AM - 34%
07:36 AM - 58%
08:06 AM - 80%
08:59 AM - 93 %
09:13 AM - 96%
09:35 AM - 100% Today it was more than 03 hours to get full charge my K8 note battery.
and you could find The charging time is increasing per day.
Now you must think Which type of Of tubo charger, battery, Handset, Software and Software Developer team is?
If you don't mind I would Like to suggest " PLEASE LEARN FROM MI, as They THINK the VALUE of CUSTOMES, You might have a look of MI A1 update and NOW Redme Note 5 Pro - Oreo 8.1 Update, And Having No or Little bit issue ,(that have been cured within 3-5 days).
Here My request is Not to CUT-Paste but Reply from Forum Admin, Specially from MATT, Andy etc.

Forum Admin if you See my problems please I would Like To Reply From Your Side Because My Warranty is only 138 Left . and I am facing it from 29th April 2018.
