Is your brother using the phone without a SIM? Can you ask your brother to put a SIM card on his phone and check for update again? Let me know how it goes. Thanks.

Hi Agent Rich, Even After The SIM Card was put, The phone and the LMSA still reported that the phone had the latest software update. So the issue did not get resolved. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks!..

Thanks for your reply. In this case, it is recommended to submit the device to service to manually flash the software or repair the device.
