Wrong Warranty

Purchased on 07/11/2018, on regestering my lenovo K8 note is showing that the device is out of warranty.please find the attachment.

Sorry to know that you're encountering this issue. Where did you buy the phone?

 

To correct the warranty information you are seeing, you should register in Base Warranty.

Yes I did tried base warranty. Still it does show that my device is out of warranty.Please find the attached snapshot.

I bought lenLen k8 plus on 30 aug 2018 by Amazon and its shows out of warranty..
