after i have received latest update it started bootloop issue
Sorry to hear about this. Just to narrow down—may I know how did you receive the update? Was is via OTP? Was the update performed correctly? Are you able to perform 'Hard Reset' by any chance? If not, the best option would be to have your device sent for Authorised Service Center for further assistance. As they should be able to diagnose your device and assist you accordingly.

I can access the bootloader and have tried wiping cache and starting in safe mode to no avail. The only option left that I'm seeing is to factory reset but I've got data that I'd rather not lose. I can access ADB but how would I fix the bootloop without deleting all my data?

I have received through ota update and I.went lenovo service center they said same problemfacing k8 note series mobile there is only option to change mother board but mistake has been done your lenovo software team but charges for customers if u didn't replace or repair my device I will move legally through consumer court
