Hi Prasanth_24,

We understand how important it is for you to surf the net with ease. We're here to help. When did it start happening? Have you tried using different browsers? How is your network connection? Have you tried clearing your browser's history?

Regards,

Have you tried booting the device in safe mode? Have you tried performing a Factory Data Reset without restoring applications? Thanks!

Hi Prasanth_24,

There will be factors why this issue happens. It's possible that it is caused by some app that is consuming internet.

Check also if your issue is happening in Safe Mode. Long-press volume-down button when phone's start-up screen shows. After the phone starts up, “Safe mode” displays on the bottom left meaning safe mode is entered. After this, observe the phone. Once done observing the phone, restart to auto exit safe mode.
