Mobile Data not working on Lenovo K9

Hello everyone,,,

Recently, my grandpa came back from Hong Kong and gave me a Lenovo K9 since my old one broke. I inserted my sim card to try and use the data function except it did not work it keeps going on 0K/s when I switch to Mobile Data. Is it because it came from a different country or is there a setting?

Having brought from different region could be the reason.  As not all the carrier supports on all the region. Our best bet would be to get in touch with your respected Network provider to see if they can assist you on this.
