Whilst you say you're with us since the beginning, have you spent over £1k on a phone that has been broken for longer than 6 month , you've had what you asking above. Can you escalate this to the developers, or provide a link where this can be escalated? 

 

I am sure your phone does not have the issues everyone has in here or this would've been fix. Doubt your main phone is the lenovo legion duel

I'm facing another problem. My CPU usage is very inconsistent. Even without any application open, my CPU usage sometimes is low, other on high. It's all the time low, high, low, high. This is making my phone overheating even not using it. And no I'm not using Rampage mode

a new issue i noticed before sending the phone to lenovo is that the battery drained faster than it should of. i had around only 7hours on a full battery

(yes lenovo has my phone now i gave up because everything is being "escalated" for 6 months) 

oh and let me just repeat one of my posts on this topic since it seems like rich didn't read it.

Honestly i see no progress or anything from the Lenovo side. they're being faulty and refuse to help either person on this post. asking for an IMEI number is just to waste time, they cant do anything with it other than give false hope. I cant use some apps without rebooting my phone because it continuously thinks usb debugging is on, cant receive notifications, have the same network issues with my sim where all of a sudden I have 0 bars, if its my area what kind of 5G capable phone cant even hit 3G or H+?? I cant even get alarms anymore. Not only that but I cant even connect to macOS to transfer media without my phone freezing, crashing or rebooting itself, if it is the cables that are faulty Lenovo owes me good cables as these are what came with the phone and they aren't even over a month old. I am sure there are many other bugs people are experiencing as well. Yes it is a Chinese but the hardware and software should be good and up to standard for this price. the spec is fine, it is only the faulty software. it is not hard to get beta testers nor is it expensive. this Lenovo rep or whoever is just wasting our time by saying an IMEI is needed. give us feed back and tell us what is happening. For a phone that costs around $1000 this is disappointing and disrespectful to us customers.

I would like to add that games are starting to lag and not even push 30fps. fortnite freezes, codm freezes and wont go over 20/30fps when it should, pubg quality is meh and wont push over 25fps, SUBWAY SURFER HAS DROPPED FRAMRATES on a phone made for gaming. this software update broke everything

As owners we need to start making this a PR disaster for them. Anywhere you see the Duel or Duel 2 on sale, leave a while accurate description of the issues you face with this device. Support has been unbelievably crappy from the outset, and 200 days later, still no fixes.

 

Anybody know who/where Lenovo's head offices are ?

when i phoned my HO they just said sorry and hung up then i tried a few other times and finally they said send it in. nothing else i could do other than hand the phone in. they didnt even know about this lenovo community and its issue, thats my country for you :)
