Brand New AIO 300-23ACL All-in-One Lost Wifi

Hi All we have just purchased a AIO 300-23ACL All-in-One PC and after 1 week of operation we have lost all wifi connectivity. I have run the windows 10 troubleshooters and had no luck. I can't see any sort of wireless card in device manager and have tried reinstalling all the wifi drivers from lenovo with no sucess. Is it possible a wifi dongle/modem provided by our ISP has disabled the card? If so any idea on how I can fix this I'm contemplating returning the PC to where I brought it as at the moment its almost useless to me.
