Welcome to the Lenovo Community !

Check to see if you have a HDMI port on the back of your computer.  Certain models of the C440 had a HMDI out port on the rear of the system which you could use for a second monitor.

Otherwise they do make USB to VGA adapters that would allow you to connect a second monitor.  I haven't use the adapter so I would have no idea if there is a disadvantage to using one.  Here are a couple of examples.....

I have a touch screen C440 with a HDMI port. I have a Dell E198WFPv monitor which comes with VGA cable.

Am I correct and you suggest using a VGA to HDMI converting cable?

Thanks

No, I was suggesting to the other poster that they could use a USB to VGA cable if their system did not have an HDMI out port.

In your situation they do make a HDMI to VGA cable for using a VGA montor with your system.
