I have a LENOVO - C50 23" Touchscreen All-in-One PC and am unsure if I have a problem or just need to find a setting.
It's running Windows 10 Home, fully up to date with available updates.
The problem is: I can only use the touchscreen on the right hand portion of the screen.
So out of the entire 51 cm of visible screen, I can only use the touchscreen on the 18 cm portion of screen on the right.
Is this a driver issue? Are there config settings or is this hardware?
I've seen other touchscreen queries for Lenovo products and I've updated all graphics/other Lenovo software to latest versions and also removed the Touchscreen device from the Device Manager and allowed it to reappear after a reboot. All to no effect.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If even calibration (page 18 of the user's guide) have the same issue, best to check for possible hardware affectation especially for the segmental failure of the touch digitizer screen.
Restart the machine and tap F2 until you have the Lenovo Rescue Menu open. From here try using the touch as it supposes it respond and likewise would show a ripple effect when touched. Check further on the One Key Recovery but do not proceed further as to perform the process since this would result in data loss as it goes reverting things o the factory settings.
Since this screen works outside Windows then we would know that drivers or Windows configuration have nothing to do with it and most probable that it may be a hardware issue especially if you have the same issue if you finally decide to perform One Key Recovery factory reset.
Call in technical support if it fails to respond within the OKR environment.
Hope this help answer your query.

Hello and thank you for the reply and advice.
It's the same in the Lenovo Rescue mode too. So looks like could be hardware related.
I don't think I'll bother with a reset of the computer or investigating further. It doesn't hamper my use of the computer!

A segmental issue with the touch panel screen on the OKR environment present probable hardware issue.
Considering the entire panel cost that has the digitizer screen packaged with, as long as everything else works ok then working with the mouse would be fine with mainly almost all computing needs.
