Welcome to the Lenovo Community !

Try removing the power cord and the coin cell CMOS battery from the motherboard and then press the power button for 15 seconds.  Put the battery back in, plug in the cord and power it on to see if it now boots up.

Try powering down the computer and unplugging it from the wall.  Then try disconnecting the hard drive.  Once disconnected, plug the computer back into the wall and now if it will attempt to boot up.  If it is booting up normally with the hard drive disconnected you should see a message that no boot media was found or it can't do a network boot.

Yes, I understand.  Whether it is an AIO, laptop or desktop it will still have a hard drive or SSD drive.

By disconnecting the drive I am attempting to see if the boot is being hung up by the drive after the BIOS update.  On second thought, I see that accessing the hard drive is not a consumer accessible item with your model.  If your warranty is still active then I would recommend you contact Lenovo Support for additional assistance in fixing the problem.
