System crash when using Reliance Netconnect USB dongle

Hi,

 

Yesterday, I bought a Reliance Netconnect USB dongle.

When I connect it to my Lenovo IdeaCenter B500, it gets recognized and drivers are properly installed.

 

But, when I click on the "Connect" button on the NetConnect software, my system is crashing.

This is happening every time. The ramdump blue screen appears. And I was able to note the following message :

 

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

 

I also have the ramdump file. 

Has anybody faced similar problem before?

Any ideas how to proceed on this ??

Kishore,

Have you tried to use the dongle on another system?Also the action center in windows must have archived your dump file.Sending it to Microsoft via the error reporting tool might help.
