I just installed Windows 8 on my Ideacentre B305 and found out that there are no drivers for my YUAN MC907 TV Tuner that will work with Windows 8.  One of the reasons I bought this computer was so that I could watch live tv on my PC and now the card that came with the PC is useless.  

Did you go to control panel/system/device manager and see if you can update it? 

There are a lot of 8 drivers missing for different models, have not heard whether there are new ones coming or not.

You might search for your tv card on this forum, there is another thread or two relating to them, you might pick up some hints.

Unless Google can find something I'd guess you are right.

i have a lenovo ideacentre a720 w/ the YUAN MC907 TV tuner and i have to constantly keep installing the windows 7 drivers to get my tv tuner to work.

Many on this forum are waiting for drivers for their rigs.  Sometimes someone comes along and suggests a driver for someone but all you can do is keep checking the support driver area and hope.  They do have an rss feed that is supposed to let you know if there are new ones for your unit but wait seems to be the watchword, maybe add a little hope.

You might try the tv maker site and see if they have anything though I'd guess you already have.  Google for the tv unit followed by driver and you might snag something.

I did see so beta drivers for a different line of lenovo's awhile back so maybe they are working.
