Yoga Home 900: How to get factory restore with One Key Recovery

Yoga Home 900 Recovery function:

Important: You need a USB hardwired keyboard to get access as the following content will not work with the delivered usb wireless keyboard/mice set.
Hint : This is only necessary in rare case of emergency  and isn't neccessary to set or change anything for daily usage.

Press F2 on the USB keyboard and touch the power on switch on the right side .
After a few seconds the One Key Recovery / Driver installation menu will shown on the screen:

Hint: Once OKR (One Key Recovery has  started direct finger touch kicks in.

Here you could do your recovery (factory) installation.

Note that this only works if you have never changed anything at partition level, such as installing other Operating Systems (OS).

Its not necessary to change HDD partitions as otherwise this function will not properly.

 Tap on the Start button and your Yoga Home 900 will reset to factory condition.
Follow the instructions on screen.
If you don't want to go back without restore . simply touch return cancel and touch Shut down or Reboot to leave the
the Lenovo Rescue System.

Tried this on my Yoga Home 900 several times, but it won't work. Are there any other hints to get it back to factory restore state?


I've bought this Yoga Home 900 at Amazon Warehouse and there were no Lenovo Apps on it like Aura or the Games.
