AIO 520-24ARR All-in-One (ideacentre) - monitor turning itself off

I have a new AIO 520-24ARR All-in-One (ideacentre), and since I bought it late last year, the monitor has turned itself off three times while I've been using it. Each time I had to turn off/on the PC as there was no other way to turn the monitor on again. Thankfully, my documents had been auto-recovered. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how can I prevent this from happening again?

Re: AIO 520-24ARR All-in-One (ideacentre) - monitor turning itself off

I have the same problem. I have 3 Lenovo AIO 52024ARR and all of them have this problem. The screen may turn off 1 time per week, but also ir may turn off 3 to 4 times a day. It doesn't depend on the computer load, so it arrives even when it's idling.
No solution. Think I have to go the service center...

Oh dear, that doesn't sound good. Any idea as to what the problem could be? Recently, I have done the static discharge thing and updated some drivers as suggested by the service centre, so I'll see if it continues to turn itself off. Let me know what the service centre say!

How is it going?
I've had no issues since my post)
But still no answers from the support team.
How do you perform static discharge?

Re: AIO 520-24ARR All-in-One (ideacentre) - monitor turning itself off

That's good news! My monitor has been okay too.

To perform a static discharge, you unplug your PC at the mains. Then press the PC on button for about 1 minute. Then plug back in and turn on.

Another thing you can do is peform a full factory reset!
