Well I sent the system back to be fixed. They've replaced most of the components in it, but 2 weeks after receiving back the same problem has started again.
Oh and when I sent it the first time the screen was damaged by the time it reached them, and they tried to charge me to fix it. As soon as I questioned that the charge was waived.
And then it got lost on return to me and took days longer to get here.
And then the final moment of quality is that someone else's laptop has been shipped to me as well. Seriously worrying and makes me not want to send it to them again. Very poor service so far.
