Brightness option greyed out

Trying to calibrate my monitor and the brightness setting using OSD is greyed out. Is this by design, or am I missing something?

Yoga AIO 7 27ACH6

Thanks.

Re:Brightness option greyed out

Hi ymisyd,

The brightness option being greyed out could be due to a few reasons. It could be a software issue, or it could be related to the specific mode your monitor is in.

First, install all available driver/ firmware updates under Motherboard Devices, the recommended compatible Graphics driver, and the BIOS update.

If the problem persists, it might be due to the monitor being in a specific mode where brightness cannot be adjusted. Some modes like Reading or Night mode might disable brightness adjustment. Check if your monitor is in one of these modes and change it if necessary.

I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

Best regards,
Jhay02_Lenovo
