hi kevinlow831,

Welcome to the Lenovo Forums.

Can you try the following:

1. Boot into the BIOS (either via the UEFI Firmware Settings or by pressing F1 on startup).

2. In the BIOS, navigate to the Startup Tab and set Boot Mode to UEFI Only.

     - Link to picture

3. When finished, press F10 to save and exit and observe if you're still getting the error.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards

Hi, I have the same problem. I've tried booting into the BIOS, but am unable to change the Boot Mode to UEFI only. I can only see this option if I set CSM to 'enabled', but then when I try to set the Boot Mode to UEFI only, the system automatically changes CSM back to disabled. Thus, no change is made and I still have the error. Thanks.

hi gilliancox99,

After you set Boot Mode = UEFI only, the Boot Mode line will disappear.

From here, press F10 to save and exit and observe if you still get the error.

Hello

I have the same problem, and I boot into the BIOS via the UEFI firmware settings. After restart, in BIOS I entered in Start uo tab, but there I didn't have the option to set the boot mode to UEFI only. What should I do? I will really appreciate your help.

I have the same problem but it started showing that the disabled one was AHCI 0f23, so I installed some chipset thing that came from factory. When it rebooted, now the error that showed is the one you're commenting on here.

Now, my main concern is to know if it's ok to overlook this message or if I should try to reinstall that driver.

Like, will my newly bought pc start to act out because I'm not resolving this?

Re: C260 driver error. intel(r)pentium(r)processor n- and j-series/intel ehci usb -0f34

Hi.

I have just bough a Lenovo C260 touch and also have this error;

Intel(R) Pentium(R) processor N- and J-series / Intel(R) Celeron(R) processor N- and J-series EHCI USB - 0F34 has a driver problem

I have updated the drivers and there is no bios update available. The bios startup settings in the original answer are not an option on my machine.

A quick search of the web shows that this is a common problem with this Lenovo model therefore I would expect that a fix is known or Lenovo can state that it does not affect the operation or performance of the machine.

Can anyone from Lenovo answer please or is there a way to contact them directly?

Many thanks.

Carl
