I have recently changed the lenovo keyboard with a Zacro keyboard with back lights. Can this be the problem? If someone has any idea please advice.

Hello,

Did you find a solution to your problem?  I'm experiencing the exact same issue on my C40-05 with both a wireless and wired mouse.

Re: C40-05 All-in-One (Lenovo) - Mouse is not smooth. It is jumpy

I am having same issue. Mouse jumps all over the place and PC is not funtional. Already

loaded brand new Drive and OS as thought it was a virus.

Only way I got it to go away is change screen resoluton to less than max ( 1680 *1050). Updated AMD R4

Video driver to 23.20.15002.11 ( 12/6/2017) and did not help.

Any suggestions by Lenovo or community appreciated.

Re: C40-05 All-in-One (Lenovo) - Mouse is not smooth. It is jumpy

I understand this post is over a year old however I too am having this issue.  I have not found a soloution.  I currently have 3 C40-05 systems and all are experiencing the same issues.  I have tried both wired and wireless mouse, updated all drivers etc.  The only time the mouse does not skip or pause is when I am in safe mode.  This leads me to believe it is other programs I have installed on my systems.  However, I do not know how to determin which program it may be.

Please help if you can.

Re: C40-05 All-in-One (Lenovo) - Mouse is not smooth. It is jumpy

I posted back in late December that I found the solution that worked for me.  In that post, I referenced a link to a page that was posted by a different user, and what I did from that point forward.  Here is that link:https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/ca/en/products/desktops-and-all-in-ones/lenovo-c-series-all-in-ones/len...

Here is the link to the page that contains my post, and what I did that worked for me:https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-All-In-One-AIO-Desktops/Wired-Mouse-Lag/m-p/3920033#M11248
