Hi all, I Just want to check if it is possible to install a mSATA SSD on my system. There is one port that appears to be a mSATA slot but the screw position holes are not there.
Anybody have any clues?

Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums!
I'm not sure about the port,
Does it looks like this?
Or if it is different, Can you take a photo and post it back.
If your system does not have a wifi Connection capability that might be the Wifi slot.
AFAIK there are no Configuration for this model that includes mSATA SSD on it.

I took apart my back cover of the C560 this is the free connector that appears.
Another view of the motherboard: http://imgur.com/PLTRHiT
The connector is just above the silver colored back up battery. The C560 service manual says that this is for the TV tuner card which my system does not come with. Would the mSATA drive fit in here?
I am not willing to commit to buy one until I can be sure that it would fit in. Any help would be appreciated.

Yep, That's definitely a MPCIE used by SSD
But I strongly suggest you have a detection test first before you buy an SSD
If you know someone or you can bring this system in a store and have an SSD tested out to it first.
Since this port is meant for a TV tuner card and the models released does not offer SSD.
this Port might not support SSD signaling and may fail on detecting an SSD Card.
Again Test out a borrowed card first before you buy one.
But I assure you the port is a MPCIE.
