Extremely frustrated with Lenovo support

Am having Lenovo Ideacenter B300 PC under Warranty. It developed display issue.

Logged complaint with Lenovo Call center- 4270213424 on 27th April.

Engineer visited and sent pics of LCD to local support contact in Mumbai

They said they have sent the pics to lenovo and i would need to buy LCD which would cost me Rs. 16,000 where total PC cost was Rs. 29,000.

But I have  no communication from Lenovo to confirm this. I have asked local support contact in Mumbai to send me communication from Lenovo but they would not send saying it is confidential.


And to top it the call center no. 1800 3002 9929 option 3 for status check of complaint is pathetic.

Music will ring for hours. Not even a message that you will be answered in some time


Does Lenovo have any escalation matrix where I can report this sorry state of affairs.


My mail at lenconsumer@in.ibm.com remains not replied.


This experience leaves me with a very bad impression of Lenovo support.


Can somebody look into this

for adaptor but i didn't get any adaptor yet.
how can i work without adapter please give reply...for this call
