Thinking about injecting new life to my old faithful Flex 20 AIO by upgrading the existing HDD 500GB SATA2 to SSD 1TB SATA3.
Currently my doubts are:
1. Can the MB support up to 1TB?
2. Can the MB support SATA3?
I can't seem to find any details on the MB spec of my system.
Appreciate any info.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
The Flex 20 AIO was marketed and offered with:
HDD: 7mm 2.5” 500GB, 5400rpm
SSHD: 7mm 2.5” 500GB + 8GB, 5400rpm
There is no strict guideline on max capacity supported. It was just offered and tested with 500 GB so you can check other resellers that would say guaranteed compatible for SSD upgrade up to 2 TB as shown here.
It does support SATA 3 interface checking with the hardware manual FRU listed HDD page 52 (using manufacturer number for the harddrive specification).
I hope this helps answer your query.

Thanks for your help. I couldn't find confirmation about SATA3 compatibility from Lenovo Hardware manual since all the FRU's listed only support SATA2 (3 GB/s) transfer rate but the reseller website guarantees it so must be correct then. Will go ahead to upgrade in peace.
