I just bought a Horizon 27 and it arrived yesterday. Since then I have upgraded the OS to Windows 10. Sadly there seems to be a problem with brightness not being adjustable. To be clear, I've done the following:
1. Updated the Intel driver (using their automatic update utility) to one that runs under Windows 10.
2. Turned off automatic brightness via the power options.
3. Checked to see if there were other options for a monitor on device manager (there was only the generic monitor option available).
4. Deleted and reinstalled the device driver.
Nothing seems to work. Any ideas, as if this isn't fixed I might have to see about getting a refund, which I'd obviously rather not have to do.
