I need help with my Lenovo AIO 520-22IKU

I have a Lenovo AIO 520 - 22IKU model & was trying to upgrade the existing win 10 Home SL to Win 10 Pro. 

To upgrade I was using a boot-able USB. 

As soon as I changed the BIOS setting to first boot the USB boot-able device & saved it for restarting, the machine gave me  blank screen. 

While this happened, i checked the power led on the extreme right button, which showed that the LED was glowing. 

Next I checked on USB mouse, it showed that LED at bottom of mouse was glowing. 

Next I checked on Keyboard & none of the lights on keyboard were glowing. i.e. key board was not working. Changed the ports but still it didn't work. 

I pressed the power button for 1 min., unplugged the cables, adapter for 30 mins & re-plugged everything back, restarted the machine but the screen remained blank. 

So how do i resolve this ? Please share the steps to be followed.
