IdeaCentre B310 Desktop Display Issue

It's been 4 months since I purchased the Lenovo IdeaCentre B310 desktop. I was skeptical whether to go for it since in India people don't go for branded computers especially when you can buy an assembeled computer with the same configuration in almost 50% less of the price and also it lasts for atleast 5-6 years. But I somehow got interested looking the Lenovo B310 desktop and bought it for Rs. 50000/-. But now I regret somewhere for making such a huge spend for this brand.

 

Within a month or so I started facing issues. 1st I got issues in the keyboard as it was popping the search command without I using that function. The customer care asked me to format the pc. I formatted it but the issue didn't get resolved. I somehow managed to use it for some time. Later after sometime the wireless keyboard alltogether stopped functioning. This time when I raised a complaint to the customer care, they managed to give me a keyboard replacement with an used keyboard which was been repaired by Lenovo. I later realized in couple of days that the replaced wireless keyboard was not in a good condition. Few key pads from the keyboard gets off while it's been used. I didn't raised a complaint for the same since it takes time and effort to contact them and follow the procedure for them to replace it.

 

Now the ISSUE is something very very serious. My display has gone wrong. I could see the diplay flickering. The pixcels are flickering with green color. Just to confirm I restarted my computer and it seems that the issue is something major as I could see the whole screen turned out green while startup.

 

I wonder why Lenovo is compromising on their quality when they charge such a high price for their products. I'm waiting for monday to raise a complaint.

 

I request Lenovo team to take this issue on a serious note since it's about the quality of the product which is suffering. I don't really think so that I would ever advice my friends or circle to go for this brand especially after having such a bad experiences.
