Since I have installed WIN 8, Bluetooth doesn't run. Except Keyboard and mouse.
Can I re-install Bluetooth driver's WIN 7 with WIN 8 ?
Or anyone can give me any suggestion

Upon checking the parts, you have the BCM92046 bluetooth module. If you see the bluetooth module on the device manager but can't pair / send / receive files from devices, you probably don't have the bluetooth stack installed.
You can try to install the Windows 7 drivers as it also include the bluetooth stack software (link below):
Windows 7 64bit / Windows 7 32bit
if it gives you an error, try to install this driver directly from Broadcom.
Let me know your findings

I installed the Windows 7 driver but an error message indicates a problem with compatibility, then I tried to install the latest Broadcom bluetooth driver for Windows 8.
The installion stops to detect bluetooth device with the error message "Please plug in or turn on your Bluetooth device"
I do not know how to find out if this is the BCM92046 Bluetooth module is installed.
Thank you for your help.

Can you try to:
1. Turn the computer OFF then unplug the machine from the power outlet.
2. Press and hold the power button for 20secs then reconnect the power plug to the AC outlet
3. Turn the computer ON then continuously tap F1 to boot into the BIOS. When you're in, press F9 to load default settings then press F10 to save and exit.
4. When the machine boots back into Windows, open the Device Manager and check if the Bluetooth Device is getting detected.
If you get the same problem, the bluetooth device driver is probably not loaded when Windows 8 was installed, Try to perform a clean install of Windows and try to load the bluetooth drivers during installation
To load the drivers:
2. Refer to this guide to load a driver during Windows 8 Installation.
Hope this helps.

I made 4 points and all your suggestions.
Unfortunately I do not get the broadcom driver.
As you suggest I'll have to reinstall everything. But it is too long to reload everything. I repport this action later.
Thank you for your help.

I always look for a solution to rebuild the bluetooth function that systematically refuses to settle. I made all the solutions proposed above. I've updated all drivers recommended by Lenovo.
I do not understand that you can not reinstall a driver without having to reformat everything. The latter solution is certainly not acceptable to me.
Meanwhile I updated windows 8.1 but I still have the same problem.
If someone had bright idea I'm interested.
Meanwhile accept my wishes for 2014
