Lenovo C40-30 power light wont switch off

Hello,

 

I have a issue with my C40-30 all in one PC.  When I shutdown the PC the power light remains on. Any suggestions?

 

Ive updated and installed all windows updates

Welcome to the Lenovo Community !

 

I assume that the power light has been on since it was brand new?  If so, some models have a power  button indicator that is on all the time and it can not be disabled or turned off.  I'm not an owner of your model, but a light of this type can be annoying especially if the computer is in a room where you sleep. Have you considered using a small piece of masking tape to cover the light and dim it?
