Lenovo horizon problem with touch screen in Adobe Photoshop CS6

I just installed Adobe Photoshop CS6 on my Lenovo horizon 27 and realized that touch screen is not registered by the Horizon in Photoshop unless you move your finger from the side of the page into the page. It works perfect if using a mouse but not with the finger touch. Is there any driver for this issue to install? Please help. Thanks.

http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/ on the right is a box, it is not working right now and when it works it is often slow.  On the right there is a smaller box called Quick Path that often works when the other does not.

I have a cheaper all in one and been waiting months for drivers for win 8 touchscreen and none have been forthcoming.

My win 8 touch screen is working perfect, and even in photoshop I can hit different buttons, just can not draw/erase...
