If you search "system update," "temporary account" and "Windows" you get a more hits. Here's a couple of links sort of confirming all of this:
Suspicious temporary user account in Windows - tvsu_tmp - Super User
windows - Lenovo laptops System update create admin accounts automatically - Stack Overflow

Your feedback helps us improve!Hello @LRRP1971,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Are you still able to login?
It could be that the user name in the Windows file is corrupted.
I'd suggest to try and check if a reset will help. Here's how: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/videos/vid100785-how-to-reset-your-pc-in-windows-10
Please make sure to back-up any important data before proceeding to avoid data loss.
Hope this helps.

I guess I didn't explain clearly. My user name is still there. Under it is another user with the lenovo_tmp_tglaRZXS. I would be able to put my own Password or PIN in under my user name. To get into my computer.
Under the other lenovo_tmp_tglaRZXS. I have no idea what password to use. I don't want to gain entry using my info under my username. Have it start and then add some unauthorized user to my computer. I read in a post here sometimes lenovo does this. So they can update? But this never happened to me since I have owned the computer. Plus my computer is no longer under warranty. So why would lenovo be updating it without my permission?
Thank you for the help.
So this is the only thing I can find related to this temp account being added to my log on screen. This is from 2019. I'm still trying to find out, if it's safe to log on. Under my user name, because I have no PW for the temp account.
Even if I were to try and use the safe mode. With or without network, I'm still going to have to log on.
Based on the information from the link you provided, you should be able to delete the system update account through the usual methods:
How to Delete a User Profile in Windows 10 (alphr.com)
If that doesn't work, launch System Restore and pick a Restore Point from before this showed up. Restore your computer to that point, then launch Vantage and let it update, again, hoping - this time - it'll remove the temporary account it creates.

Thanks Doc, I was thinking of that if it doesn't go away. My main concern is that it isn't a Virus, Trojan or Malware. I have never had a problem in the 5 yrs I have had this computer. This is a first for me and I keep my system up to date. Every day I run a check with Malware Bytes, along with MS Defender. Including doing the Defender virus scan at Boot startup. I always check email senders addresses, and don't open links. I go directly to the business website. If it says something needs to be done. So this is why I'm surprised seeing this account show up on my sign in screen. Since it has never happened before. Plus only one post on the net about any lenovo_tmp_×××××× being installed.
Thank you again.

Your feedback helps us improve!A virus scanner may not take it out. You'll need to try the methods I mentioned, above. You'll either need to delete the account manually or roll the computer back and hope Lenovo's system updating routine will delete it with this or subsequent updates.

Your right I turned it off did a Defender boot scan, and the Temp user is still there. So now I will try what you said delete the user profile. I wish my friend was around, she works for one of those 3 letter agencies doing cyber stuff. But she isn't in country right now. She would work her magic and fix it. Can't even get in touch with her.
Edited...YEP that did it following the link you sent me and deleting the account did it.
