I own an Ideacentre 520-24IKL-i7 AIO with a 1TB HDD, and am thinking of upgrading the storage to WD Black SN750 NVMe M.2 500GB or Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe M.2 500GB. Are these Compatible with my AIO? will the BIOS support booting from SSD?

Hi there. Both of the M.2 PCIe NVMe SSDs you listed will be compatible with your computer.
And the BIOS will support booting from SSD. When you get into the BIOS (either by pressing OneKey button, F2, or F11), there will be an option under the Startup menu to change the boot sequence.
Also, you would need to clone your current hard drive to the SSD... to do that, use a tool like EaseUS.
Hope that helps.
