Request for repair for Lenovo B50-30 All-in-one PC

I have requested for the repair of my Lenovo PC purchased in end November 2014. After processing with the self diagnostic test which shows my PC has no hardware issues. But your call centre told me they need to request for approval from the higher management for repair but I've been waiting for the return call. Please advise when I'll be iinformed of the site repair date.
My repair case ID is 800 437 0423.

Please respond or I'll report to the protection for consumers department.

B50-30 is not ThinkCentre series PC and so does not fit here. Forum is not the best place to resolve support issues. Lenovo staff may or may not follow / participate ...
