Before I haul this computer back to Best Buy...I just received a C460 All in One Touch Screen desktop. However, the touch screen does not work at all. I called Lenovo Tech support, who initiated remove access to look over my computer, and his theory was that I had a bad screen. Not to doubt the tech guy, but that seems unlikely...in my System Info dialog box, it clearly states that "Pen or Touch input is available for this display". If it were a bad LCD screen, I would think that touch would be enabled and just didn't work. but in my case, it seems as though something just isn't set right...a driver issue? I have no clue, and I'm too unsure to download any new driver.
If I look at my monitor driver in the device manager, the loaded driver is for a Generic PnP monitor. Is that correct?
So...can anyone help me before I go through a lot of trouble with returns/refunds at Best Buy?
Many thanks in advance.
