Using my Lenovo B50-30 All-In-One desktop as second screen for my Lenonvo Thinkpad X1 Carbon laptop

Hi.

Ive recently purchased Lenovo B50-30 All-In-One touch desktop and I am now trying to use it as a second screen for my Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon touch laptop. I have tried connecting the two via HDMI (desktop) to mimi displayport (Laptop) cable, but I get nothing.

Do you know why this can be?

If this wont work, is there any other way of using the all-in-one desktop as the second screen for my laptop?

Thank you.

Lubo

Welcome to the Lenovo Community !

If you haven't tried it already, try shutting down both machines, plug in the HDMI cable and then power them up to see if the second display works.
