A1 Touchscreen not working

Hello.

 

Since today I am not able to use my touchscreen in any way. I did not notice any damage on the screen but it just stopped working. I have restarted it using the method Vol+ + Power and it just keeps the same.

Additionally, when I press the lock in cannot appreciate any movement on the icon.

Welcome to the Lenovo Community.

 

I just want to verify, when you said you rebooted using the method Vol+ + Power, did you:

1. Do a System Recovery / Factory Reset? or you just restarted the system?

2. Did you also configure the Touch Calibration? Click the Spoiler for the image.

If you already did all of the above steps (see the image) & the touchscreen still doesn't work,  you may need to contact Lenovo Technical Support for service. Lenovo Support Phone List here.
