App crashing & stop resume background apps.

I facing problem with My Lenovo m10 hd

 1. App crashing automatically without any error message

 2. When I switch apps then I found apps resume state is lost.

One day I was making payment through app while processing app suddenly stoped without any error message.

 

I was believe in Lenovo but now I am very very disappoint.

We are sorry if you are having issues with the app you would like to use. 
Could you tell us the name of the application? 
Were there any recent updates or changes prior to this issue? 
Usually the app may crash if you have too many applications open and running in the background. 
Please try to clear the cache of the app. 
Go to settings > apps > apps > look for the app you are using. Select storage and then clear cache. 

Restart then check if you have same issue.

I have an app that will voluntarily close out of the blue.  This is nullifying the whole reason I bought this tablet. I've reinstalled the app and followed your other suggestions.  Very disappointed, the issue has resulted in many hours of work done for nothing.

I'm sorry to know about the issue you're experiencing with an app using your device. This is truly the situation we don't want you to experience here. May I ask, what Lenovo tablet do you have? Also, does it only happen when you use or launch a specific app?

You may reply to us by opening up a new thread by clicking here so that it can be seen immediately. Make sure to provide all details that you have, including your tablet's exact MTM (Machine-Type Model) number (Ex. Z1DN0000US) so we can check its specifications.

In the meantime, I also suggest you to check if you'll get the same result when you connect the tablet to another Wi-Fi network. Also, see to it that your device is updated to its latest version.

My tab m9 has apps that continually crash

My other devices don't behave like this, if there's a connection issue they try to reconnect without shutting down

I'm so frustrated and disappointed and negatively affected I'm preparing to take serious action of some sort.

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the app crashing issue:

  1. Clear App Cache and Data:

    • Go to Settings > Apps > See all apps.
    • Select the app that is crashing.
    • Tap on Storage & cache and then Clear cache. If the issue persists, you can also try Clear storage (please note this will reset the app).
  2. Update Your Device:

    • Ensure your Tab M9 is running the latest software version. Go to Settings > System > System update and check for updates.
  3. Check for App Updates:

    • Open the Google Play Store.
    • Tap on your profile icon and go to Manage apps & device.
    • Check for updates and update all apps.
  4. Restart Your Device:

    • Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary issues. Hold the power button and select Restart. You may also test it on a different Wi-Fi network to see if you'll get the same result.
  5. Factory Reset:

    • As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset. This will erase all data on your device, so make sure to back up important information first.
