Battery Saver continuously ocilates on and off

2021-01-27, 5:45 AM

Tablet  Model No TB-8504X

A few nights ago the battery saver started oscillating on and off. Does no stop unless on charge.

This happens even when fully charged.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Adtf!

Glad to have you here!

Just to ask, does the issue started to happen after a device/system update?

Also, does the Battery Saver/Saving feature issue only occurs once the Tab 4 8 reaches a certain battery percentage?

If it does, try changing the percentage when the Battery Saver/Saving feature will automatically trigger then see if it will do the same thing.

You may also turn off/on the device for it to be refreshed.

To do that, press and hold the Power button for like 5 seconds then turn it OFF.

After that, turn the device ON again and check/observe if the Battery Saver/Saving feature will now work properly.

Check if there's an available update for the device as well.

Go to Settings > About device/tablet > look for an option that says Update then follow the on screen instructions.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Adriel_lenovo
