Unfortunately, it looks like the Android version of Docs2Go is not optimized for Honeycomb - it is a phone app.  That is disappointing.

Just curious.  You received an email from Dataviz when you ran the first time.  It should have had an activation number.  How about following these steps:

rcatron, sorry for delay in answering.  I ended up doing a factory reset to the the full version of Docs2go.  However I never got an email anyway.

I see.  I actually have done 3 installs (between the initial and reset on my first defective unit and the one time on my new unit) and every time I load Docs2Go you have to enter name and email address to register.  Each time, it has said, "Registration Successful" and emails me my License information.

Jeepers, I got the notice tonight and updated it. I then got a notice that I lost my funtionality and it no longer read PDfs. Anyway, I uninstalled it and lost the Ap all together.


Do I have to do a factory reset and reinstall everything again? I'd like to just get the Lenovo version again and not have to redo the whole thing again.

 

I love this and have it formatted perfectly to my liking. Is there any way to get it back without a factory reset?

I didn't get one the first time...maybe I will this time.  In the settings menu in the app itself a registration number was added after I registered.  And it stated it was the Lenovo Bundle Edition.  I'll watch my email for a lic. #.  Thanks.

Finally got the email early this AM but it was just a duplicate of the info. I got when registering it.  No lic. #, just a reg. #.
