Re: Ideapad A2107 problem with spell checker

using the GO keyboard give some improvements in word suggestion.
But this is a BUG in the A2107.

I am going to call tech support, but I guarantee they will say...RESET the device to factory...mail it in...then...return it.

So Lenovo releases buggy stuff, but the price was good. But this model has several serious bugs like this.

And the funny thing is, no one at Lenovo can or will do anything about it. Its a huge company, and they just release hundreds of models.

oh well.

AND, there is nowhere to report these bugs.

Tech support won't take them.

So it seems Lenovo releases buggy stuff at a cheap price, and if you don't like it, return it.

In all, almost everything works on it, but there are some bugs.

I doubt they will ever be fixed.

Lenovo doesn't even know they exist, and there is nowhere to report these bugs for follow-up.

Interesting business model! LOL

I just now downloaded and installed the Jellybean Keyboard application and selected it for spell checking. It seems to be working so far........

This is an obvious problem. Disappointed at Lenova's lack of response.......

Lenovo support told me they expect this to be fixed in the next firmware version. I'm hopeing that fixes my external keyboard issue. I'm kinda getting fed up with this tablet. I hope Lenovo will fix it. I thought the deal was to good to be true.

I'm new to Lenovo and the whole Android thing. Should I get my hopes up that this will happen?

I have the same anoying problem. Unfortunately Lenovo wants $ 40.00 (one time fix) or $ 90 (1 year service) to fix the problem because I waited to long (past 90 days) to call about it. Seeing that I only paid $ 115 for it I just assume by a real tablet like a Samsung. I've also experianced problems with images overlapping and covering the entire screen.
