I'm sorry to know that Dark mode/theme doesn't work automatically on your Tab P11.
If I may ask, when did you start to notice it? And did you make any changes on the tablet before it occur? The first step I would advise you is to restart the device then test if it will automatically activate the Dark mode again. Next, please ensure that the tablet's also updated to its latest version.
Aside from the steps above, do you also use any third party themes or apps that customizes the appearance of your tablet? If yes, please try to remove/disable it then see how it goes. Other than that, I also recommend you to wipe the tablet's cache partition by following the steps below:
- Power off the tablet then press the Power, Volume Up, and Volume Down buttons together to enter Recovery mode.
- Release the Power button once the Lenovo logo appears on the screen, while keeping the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons pressed.
- Once in Recovery Mode, use the Volume Up and Down buttons to move up and down and select Wipe cache partition.
- Once in Recovery Mode, use the Volume Up and Down buttons to move up and down and select Reboot system now.
Please note that all personal files and settings are not affected by this option. You may also check this post for reference.
