Hi, have You done Any firmware update to your device yet? You may try updating the firmware and try the known solution. Also try enabling absolute volume and resetting the tablet, then disable and reset again. If none of this fixes your issue you may consider sending back the Tab and getting the p11 pro i think it's cheaper now

I've had my P11 for a few days now and tried my bluetooth headphones last night. What an utter disappointment. I didn't expect a tablet from this year to sound worse than my 4 year old tablet and older smartphones. I really wish I knew this before I bought it. It's going back in the box and I'm getting a refund. What a way to let down an otherwise okay product.

I too am very disappointed in the audio playback quality over bluetooth. I have a P11 with the RF01_210805 software version. Turning on "Disable absolute volume" does help with the gain issue, but not with the compression. Listening to music with a heavy beat makes the sound pulsate like it's trying to constantly adjust the volume. 

 

When I use my phone and play the same song on the same app (Spotify) via bluetooth on the same speakers, it sounds great.  So, it's not the song or my bluetooth or my speakers.

 

Maybe the upcoming Android 11 update will address this. Please Lenovo!
