Hi guest38205,

Welcome to the Lenovo Community!

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with Google Play Services on your Lenovo TAB 2 A8-50 tablet. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this problem:

  1. Clear Cache and Data: Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Services and tap on Clear Cache and Clear Data.
  2. Update Google Play Services: Ensure that Google Play Services is up to date. You can download the latest version from the Google Play Store.
  3. Reinstall Google Play Services: If the above steps don't work, you might need to uninstall and then reinstall Google Play Services.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, please go ahead and reset the tablet to its factory settings via the Recovery Console menu instead. Make sure to back up your data before proceeding. Otherwise, you may have it checked at any local authorized service center for further assistance.

Best regards,
Adriel_Lenovo
