Hi, according to matrix tablet P11 (2nd gen) should get android 13 update in Q3 2023, still no update released for Android 13 for P11 (2nd gen) in Australia. My device still show 12L is current. So Levono is not updating to 13 then.

I just got a word from our team and they advise everyone to try searching for an update on the tablet using the Rescue and Smart Assistant tool. You may click here to download it using a Windows PC or laptop. Don't forget to back-up your files just to be sure permanent data loss will be prevented. Should you manage to find the update, it should have the ROM/firmware (new) version of TB350FU_S130223_230915_ROW.

I'm sorry to read that you're still unable to get the Android 13 update for your tablet. Though, please note that software updates are typically rolled out in phases, and it's possible that the Android 13 update for the P11 (2nd gen) tablet has not been released in Australia yet. However, I'll check this with our team and get back here as soon as I receive a response from them. In the meantime, see if you can search for any updates on the tablet by following the methods in this link.
Other than that, please provide here your tablet's current firmware (ROM) version by going to Settings > System > About tablet for us to check.

I'm sorry to know about that. In this case, we can either reset the tablet to its factory settings inside the Recovery Console, or wait for the OTA update to become available on the device. By the way, you may watch this video on how to initiate the factory reset. Just make sure to back-up your files first to avoid data loss. Once done, proceed with the initial setup, then see if it will prompt you for the update.

We just like to make a follow up with your about this concern. We just want to know if you already receive the OTA update on your tablet or if you're able to reset it to factory settings as well via the Recovery Console menu.

I didn't do the factory reset, as there are lots of files I would need to backup and transfer. So I'll wait till the update is available.
It's a shame that the rollover of updates takes that long compared to other manufacturers.

I have tried the full factory reset a couple of times and still it wont update from Android 12 to 13. It downloads and starts to install but fails about halfway through Otimizing Apps. Then just starts to download again. Ultimatly it notifies failure to install OTA package. I have two of these tablets and the otherone has updated to 13. Go figure it.
