Problem with sound via headphones

2021-02-12, 23:08 PM

Hello,

I have Lenovo Tab M10 FHD Plus with latest Android 10. When I connect headphones to 3,5mm output, I get very weak and distorted sound. I tried several models, including two well-known brands with same result. The sound from speakers and BT headphones Is normal.

Is there anything I could do about this?

Thank you in advance, and have a nice day

Nice to have you here!

Try to check the Tab M10 FHD Plus's audio settings first and see if all levels are set in maximum when a headset is connected.

Also, look for the Dolby Atmos app and open it, look for the Volume Leveler option and disable it then test the sound from the headset again.

You may also check this previous post for other workarounds.

Thank you Adriel for quick and effective support! Your advice solved my problem. In addition to this, I turned off Dolby message enhancer.

Best regards,
