So, here is the link to the XDA posting with my build.prop file link.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=29666104&postcount=27

Please give me a thanks if this works on XDA. I spent some hours yesterday and most of today testing and trial on this to get this far. I'm, by no means, a developer, but learning how this all works. :-)

Sorry, forgot to mention, in order to get the APX drivers installed, you need to connect after you start your tablet in APX mode.

To do so, Press and hold both (Vol UP/Vol DOWN) buttons. Then, while holding those down, press the power button until you  see the lights come on. Then, connect your tablet with the USB cable, and then those drivers are what you want. The drivers it was asking for are for the tablet to connect to Windows for media/file sync, etc.

@Cybie257

https://www.box.com/s/971af6b731bae1db9a32
1. Download using link above
2. Install into /system via adb, or root access file manager on tablet.
3. Reboot.
4. Go into settings/apps and Clear Cache and then clear data under the Play Store App.
5. Optional steps that may help...
--- 5a. Shut Down tablet.
--- 5b. Wait a minute or two.
--- 5c. Power on
6. Start Play Store
7. Verify that you can see/install Chrome. If so, build.prop installed correctly
8. If you can't install chrome, repeat/do step 5a through 5c.

Works like a charm. Just install Chrome and Earth from Play.

BUT I need to go thru 5a-5c a total of 4X. And the last time I waited 20min.

@lance129

Read this carefully:

Mark ICS rom

Mark boot into apx

The pdf file will teach you boot into recovery. Then install the apx driver for your windows based pc. Then install ics from the bat file.

Hey, just wanted to tell you that clearing up Google Framework Services might help as well since before doing that, chrome was still incompatible! It would go between step 4 and 5 I guess...
