@khanning I found a copy elsewhere and sideloaded it.

Here are the results:

^ Keyup: action=1 code=122 repeat=0 meta=0 scancode=102 mflags=8 label=" " chars= `null` number= ` `

Hopefully the reflash will fix the issue your having with the home button. Does your home button usually work? Just want to make sure its not physically broken. If the problem persists I can compile you a version of CWM that uses the power button to confirm a selection instead of the Home button.

Regarding the sdcard2 issue. Here is the fix. (This can be done with adb if you prefer that method)

1. Using a root file explorer navigate to /system/etc/permissions

2. Make sure the /system is mounted as r/w (Depends on the file explorer your using)

3. Open platform.xml in a text editor

4. Find the section for "android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" and change it to look like this:

Before:

<permission name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" >

        <group gid="sdcard_rw" />
</permission>

After:

<permission name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" >

        <group gid="sdcard_rw" />
        <group gid="media_rw" />
</permission>

5. Save the file and reboot.

This will be incorporated into the next update. At this point I think we have enough small fixes to merit an update. I'll try to have a nvflash and CWM updated version for everyone tonight.

You don't know how you would facilitate my life with that fix. Since my home button is physically broken, cwm as it is right now is really useless.

Also, here is some bugs I have found:

1.When rotating the screen, everything becomes black for a second or too.
2.In the notification bar, the wifi toggle is now missing an on/off switch (btw, adding a bluetooth and gps switch to the notification would be great)

3.I can't factory reset. When I'm about to confirm that I want to delete everything it does nothing
4.Even though it's not really a bug, the quick search box at the top left is missing the google portion like seen here for example http://bit.ly/Qy3vvN

It's normal, you need to do it directly on your tablet. Your computer can not acess system files.

Replace build.prop in the system directory.

Go to the root of the file system, go into system, and replace the old build.prop with the new one.

/system/build.prop
