how do i install gapps into cm10? thanks

Download the gapps for JB from http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-jb-20120726-signed.zip , onto your external SD card. Then boot into recovery, and within the menus select the install from zip file option, then the install from external sdcard, and select the downloaded zip file.  Once it's installed, go back to the main menu and reboot.  That's it.

Is someone successfully played with an Adobe Air game? With Flash being discarded, I,m wondering if Air will work at all. Not sure of that because Air can run on iOS. There may be incompatibility with JB or air is not ready for JB yet.

Thoughts?

I don't have Adobe Air installed, but it does show as compatible (I'm on Jelly Bean CM10).  I think the announcement from Adobe said that they are withdrawing the Flash Player (i.e., as a plugin to mobile browsers), and are instead focusing on "mobile apps packaged with Adobe AIR", which sort of implies that they intend to continue support for AIR on current and future Android releases.  So it's really the browser plugin which may not work in the future (although it currently still does, even on JB).

That's how I understood the situation, but started doubting because of the crash. However I run AOSP JB and you run CM10. Do you mind testing Air with ATC4Real game on CM 10 and confirm weather it worksor not. It would be a good argument for me to switch to CM10.

Oops!  Over on xda-developers, someone reported that Bluetooth doesn't seem to be working in v5 of the CM10 ROM, and I am seeing the same problem.  Bluetooth won't even turn on.  I would have posted my own confirmation over there, but I've only recently joined and am not considered a "mature" enough member to post in the development forum yet. :smileysad:

@egemme, I'd prefer not to install Adobe AIR, but perhaps you'd better hold off anyway until krook has a chance to figure out what happened to Bluetooth on v5.

Thank you.   I also tried other Air game and crashed as well.   I'm affraid Air is simply not compatible with the K1 at this time.  We must take in account that eventhough Google Play let us install something,  aftermarket builds litterally tear down the compatibility controls from Google Play by spoofing the real tablet capabilities in order to make people happy they can install everything on their tablet.   However,  there is no garanty everything will work fine beyond this point.   Therefore,  it must be a hardware limitation.   I'm wondering if Adobe Air ever worked on stock HC.    Won't make the test though.  Wiping my K1 and step back 2 years in past isn't really inviting  :p

mclandym says no bluetooth on "v.5" of CM10. Those who are running krook's CM10 and DO have bluetooth, are you running a version earlier than v.5? If so, which?
