Me too! I think if your device is out of warranty, you can't!

Maybe others can correct me if i'm wrong!

Hi

    first you need to register with them which is pretty basic as you can't lodge a ticket without and account.  Once you have one login in.

 

From Lenovo main web page hover over  "Support" then click on "Contact Us".  Then from there click on Submit eTicket

No.....I still can't see it. 

What country do you have to select? I'm in Australia, is that why the option is not available to me?

It is also advisable to contact Google yourself and to pass it on to them so that they are aware of their update problem with the Google Playstore apps.

Got the same issue following a factory rest to clear up my daughters tablet... wish I'd just perservered with manually cleaning it down now.

I have the exact same problem (I actually posted my own topic on the forum as I didn't see this).

Factory reset has done nothing. Google Play immediately crashes on first use.

Pretty much all Google Apps fail to install due to 504 error on the Google Play store.

Can't update the Google Play Store build to the most recent version.

Tablet often says that the Google Play 'app is not installed'.

Google's support has basically concluded that this is indeed a Lenovo problem.

If Lenovo are unwilling to address this, does anyone have any custom ROMs that can be flashed instead of using the broken stock ROM?
