Re: Introducing the new Lenovo Moto Smart Assistant

Are there further details, such as what exactly is new, and what devices are able to be used with the tool that it didn't work with before?

I'm trying to get this info for a possible post on AndroidPolice.com, so appreciate any details.

Re: Introducing the new Lenovo Moto Smart Assistant

dear Miguel, thanks, looks promising!
As I understood after an internet search this Assistant is a windows application. Might be helpful if you add this information to your message.
I'm not going to buy a windows computer to manage my Lenovo tablet 🤑. I would welcome a Linux (Ubuntu) app.

To me it is not clear what happens when I push the download link. Is it going to give me a menu with more information( e.g. devices supported, download options) or is it starting the download immediately? You can't be too careful pushing download links…

Re: Introducing the new Lenovo Moto Smart Assistant (PC)

I checked this software with my new Tab 4 8 Plus (TB-8704F) device, but after a succesfull app backup and reading the full user guide I still don't know if it saves the data of the application (settings, progress, etc.), or just the installer (apk) files. On my PC a huge MABK files is created and I can't check the content. What is inside that backup?

Thanks in advance,
András.
