Lenovo Ideapad A10 Android Laptop/Tablet Recovery Problem

2016-01-31, 20:20 PM
Hi guys,

I have my Lenovo Ideapad A10 Android Laptop/Tablet.

The device here:
http://shop.lenovo.com/gb/en/laptops/lenovo/a-series/a10/

Virus has infected my tablet and virus has infected in tablet recovery. I'm doing a hard reset, but the virus (pornclub applications )again loading. I don't know how this virus is transmitted. This device is using my son. He's only 10 years old.

question-1: I want to install firmware with computer to tablet. I could not find anywhere that the tablet's firmware. Where can I get (or download) the android firmware for these tablets.

question-2:
I want to install windows8 on the ideapad A10. Is this possible? How can I boot USB drive or the DVD?

question-3: How do I remove this virus from recovery firmware? Antivirus failed to clear them.

Thank you for help.

Kind regards...

Hi, please be aware that the virus you are infected with will not go away with any solution you might think easy... I also repaired 2 differrent phones with same virus problem. The only solution is to format your device and bring it to factory state by installing original factory ROM (operating system)!
For this to work you'll need your device original software to be written by PC software (SP Flash tools).
I also have this device and face the same problem (lack of factory ROM, not virus problem...). Not even Lenovo won't provide the image of the software... God knows why. Maybe you'll succeed and have more luck. Or if your warranty still available you could take it in service. If not ask for a price at a Lenovo Authorized Service Center near your location.

Good luck!
