Hey san76, Please follow these steps
Go to Settings > About phone
Check the Software and Build Version is equivalent to PB2-650M_S050. Please see the screenshot below
If this is what you get, then go to Settings > More > Mobile Networks and enable 4G Enhance LTE Mode
I hope, your problem will be resolved...

1. OPEN DIALLER
2. TYPE ####682#
3. SELECT <INDIA> OR <IN>
4. PHONE WILL REBOOT AND VOLTE PROBLEM IS FIXED
IMPORTANT NOTE- PHONE WILL FACTORY RESET, SO BACKUP YOUR PHONE BEFORE DOING THIS.

I can see you are using Jio 4G voice app. Please uninstall the app and restart your phone. That app keep resetting the access point. Just uninstall it and restart your device.

Please go to your phone settings -> About phone -> System Update
you can able to see your new update 1427MB in size.
update the same and you can able to get back your VOLTE.

I have lenovo phab 2 & i using jio 4g volte in this phab2 but 25 April 2019 received a new system update PB-650M_S050_181101 ROW & after installation complete then i trying to enable & disable volte switch (enhance LTEL service) but now not working... My phab 2 previous volte was working perfectly but now not working.... please fix this problem immediately... I unable to call or send sms anyone ..😖
